For more than 30 years a scene dedicated to Punk, Hardcore & Heavy Metal has been flourishing the Amsterdam area in The Netherlands.

Local heroes from bands like Standard, Quarterback, Darkdayrising, and Bring On The Bloodshed, supplemented with some Frisian influences, are revisiting their roots and influences by playing covers.

Think about bands that pioneered in the New York Hardcore, American and European Metalcore scenes from the 80s and 90s. Some are gone but others are still here, alive and kicking!

Famous names like the Cro-Mags, Agnostic Front, Warzone, Biohazard, Madball, Sick Of It All, but also Merauder, Slapshot and Terror. Besides the legends from the US, the band also dives deep into their European hardcore roots with tributes to Right Direction, Ryker’s, Born From Pain, Length of Time, Kickback, Backfire!
